1st Stage of Evaluation Process:2009 Canada Summer Exchange Program Notification

First of all, CIA would like to thank for all students who are interested in participating in 2009 Canada Summer Exchange Program! After the discussion about the selection of applicants, we will proceed to held two stages of evaluation to select the students. Following is the process of selection: Following is the process of selection: 12:00 pm, May 1st : Selection Stage 1
Deadline of written work submission ↓
17:00 am, May 7th:
Notification: Result (name list) of Stage 1 ↓
2 days during Mid May: Selection Stage 2( Interveiw)
Dates will be specified later, one day for each program Written documents for First stage of selection:Autobiography in both Chinese and English (includes the plan of study abroad) ,transcript of academic records, certificates of English tests, records for participation in extracurricular activities, ect.. Please print the documents in A4 size and put in an A4 envelope (please paste the attachment of CHECKLIST on the cover of the envelope), and submit the original files to the office of Center for International Affairs BEFORE 12:00 am, MAY 1st. (Electronic format and any delay are not acceptable). |
