Office of International Students Employment Counseling


What we do

To support international students in Taiwan in securing employment after graduation, our university received funding from the Ministry of Education's "Pilot Program for the Professionalization of Employment Counseling for International Students in Taiwan." In 2025, we established the “Office of International Students Employment Counseling." Through collaboration with organizations in designing professional training programs, including internships, lectures, and industry visits, we cultivate international talents aligned with Taiwan's industrial needs. In addition, we provide a comprehensive career counseling and employment guidance service to help our international students navigate Taiwan's job market. Besides that, we implement employment tracking and bridge between our international alumni and their alma mater.

  • Establish and maintain the international alumni database.
  • Establish a mechanism to track the employment of international students in Taiwan after graduation and build related websites.
  • Plan implementation progress and control funds.
  • Promote the survey of the employment destinations of international students.
  • Organize career fairs for international students.

Duties
  • Execute the professional employment counseling program for international students in Taiwan.
  • Organize career exploration, lectures, and corporate internships for international students.
  • Plan courses (including internships) with companies.
  • Provide individual counseling for international students.
  • Counsel international students to stay in Taiwan for employment after graduation.
  • Organize career fairs for international students.
