Description:

1. This course is part of the “University Alliance Program for Advancing Digital Learning and Innovative Applications – Lifelong Empowerment through Digital Learning Alliance” and has been specially designed and launched by Chung Yuan Christian University.

2. The course is taught by Assistant Professor Dr. Yann Mey Yee from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at CYCU. It focuses on developing interpersonal communication skills and workplace soft power, helping learners respond to various professional challenges. Through online learning, students will acquire methods to overcome communication barriers and exert lasting, positive influence in professional environments.
