Built upon the Big Five Personality Traits model, the workshop includes assessments that evaluate personality traits, occupational preferences, and workplace potential. With scientifically validated tools, participants receive a detailed analysis of their strengths, areas for growth, and suitable career directions. The program also includes the PODA (Personal & Organization Distinction Assessment), a comprehensive tool that provides insights into one"s personality, work style, and ideal job match. Participants will complete the assessments online at their own pace before the workshop. During the workshop, they will receive a detailed analysis of their strengths, areas for growth, and suitable career directions.
