Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine visited China Medical University
Writer: Laural Lai Translator: Ashlen Weng Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine was founded in 1950. Up to date, the association has made a great achievement on basic theory of TCM, clinic of TCM, the development of TCM and other fields in TCM. The association has actively expanded their field not only in Chinese medicine but also in Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine. This was their third time visiting our University. The meeting was chaired by Professor Ying-Shiung Lee, Vice-President of China Medical University, and hosted by Professor Fung-Chang Sung, Director of Center for International Affairs. Associate Professor Hui-Fen Huang, Assistant Professor Fang-Zhou Chen and Hsin-Cheng Hsu, Director of the Association of Chinese Traumatology of R.O.C., were invited as the participants. After the meeting, Prof. Bih-Cheng Chen, Curator of Lifu Museum of Chinese Medicine, guided the tour at Lifu Museum of Chinese Medicine and introduced the development of China Medical University.
