Second Open House Guides International Freshmen in Exploring Research Opportunities
To help international freshmen learn more about the University’s diverse research fields and laboratory opportunities, the Office of Global Affairs held its second Open House on September 10, 2026. Six professors were invited to introduce their research areas, laboratory features, and research projects, helping students explore their academic interests and identify potential research advisors.
A Q&A session was also held, during which students actively engaged with the professors and asked questions about research topics, laboratory opportunities, and future academic plans. Through the event, students gained a better understanding of the University’s research environment and resources, while also gaining valuable insights for planning their future studies and research.
