A Gathering with International Students” — Building Connections and Sharing Experiences
To show care and support for international students who remained in Taiwan during the summer vacation, foster interaction among students from different academic years, and gain a deeper understanding of their needs regarding life and studies in Taiwan, the Office of Global Affairs held a luncheon, “A Gathering with International Students,” on August 12, 2026.
The event specially invited the Associate Dean from the Office of Global Affairs to have lunch with international students. Through a relaxed and informal exchange, the event provided an opportunity to listen to students’ experiences and needs regarding their studies, daily life, and cultural adaptation in Taiwan. Senior students were also encouraged to share their experiences of living and studying in Taiwan, helping junior students adapt more quickly to campus life.
The event was conducted in a warm and lively atmosphere, with students actively sharing their observations, experiences, and reflections during their time in Taiwan, fostering meaningful interaction among participants.
