CMU Signs MOU with Pathumthani University, Thailand

On November 28, 2025, China Medical University (CMU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic exchange and cooperation with Pathumthani University in Thailand, marking the establishment of a formal international partnership between the two institutions. The delegation of Pathumthani University was led by Vice President Dr. Nithima Yeungyong, accompanied by college deans. The agreement was signed on behalf of CMU by President Ann-Shyn Chiang, Dean Chiung-Tong Chen of the College of Pharmacy, Dean Ya-Ling Tseng of the College of Health Care, and Dean Yueh-Sheng Chen of the College of Humanities and Sciences.

The collaboration will focus on faculty exchanges, student mobility, joint research, and cross-border teaching initiatives in the fields of pharmacy, health care, and the humanities and sciences. Through this partnership, CMU aims to further expand its academic network in Southeast Asia, enhance the international outlook of faculty and students, and lay a solid foundation for recruiting students from Thailand, thereby deepening substantive cooperation in teaching, research, and talent development between the two universities.
