Face and Flow Workshop Helps International Students Gain Career Clarity Through Reflection and Dialogue

The Face and Flow Workshop, recently held for international students, provided a meaningful and reflective space for participants to explore their career expectations, opportunities, and personal development paths.

Through guided activities using visual tools, students were encouraged to share their personal stories by describing images that represented their past experiences, present situations, and future aspirations. This process enabled participants to articulate their expectations, reflect on their professional journeys, and identify opportunities that could support their future career development.

Participants highlighted the value of open sharing and dialogue, noting that the workshop helped them better understand themselves and their career direction. Many expressed appreciation for the supportive environment, describing the workshop as a special and enriching experience that fostered self-awareness, confidence, and clarity.

The Face and Flow Workshop demonstrated the power of structured reflection and peer exchange in supporting international students as they navigate important career decisions and prepare for their next professional steps.
