PODA Workplace Potential Workshop Helps Students Understand Personality and Career Application
The PODA Workplace Potential Workshop was held on December 18, 2025, offering students an opportunity to gain deeper insights into their personality traits and how these traits can be applied in future workplace settings through an animal-based personality assessment.
As the workshop took place near the end of the academic term, attendance was modest. However, participants were highly engaged and benefited significantly from the instructor’s clear and practical explanations of the five different animal personality types. The session covered each type’s core characteristics, strengths, potential blind spots, and typical behaviors in workplace communication and collaboration.
Through personalized assessment results and real-world examples, students developed a better understanding of their own personalities and learned how to leverage their strengths in professional environments. The workshop also provided valuable guidance on working effectively with supervisors and colleagues, as well as making informed career decisions.
Overall, the workshop offered meaningful learning outcomes for participants and supported their preparation for future workplace challenges.
