Experience Sharing by Dr. Andrew Tsung: NTU’s Vision and Practice of Internationalization
On October 21, 2025, the Office of International Affairs hosted a lecture titled “Starting from Needs: NTU’s Vision and Practice of Internationalization”, featuring Dr. Andrew Tsung, Assistant Vice President for International Affairs at National Taiwan University.
Dr. Tsung shared valuable insights into NTU’s organizational structure, operational model, and achievements in advancing internationalization, while also discussing the challenges faced and strategies developed along the way.
The session fostered meaningful dialogue between both universities and provided the staff of CMU with valuable takeaways and practical experiences that will greatly benefit their future work.
