Advanced PODA Workshop: Exploring the Second Personality
On September 17, 2025, the Advanced PODA Workshop was successfully held, focusing on the theme of Exploring the Second Personality. Building on the foundations of the initial Workplace Potential Assessment, this advanced session guided participants to take a deeper look into their personality traits.
Through activities such as workplace style assessments, trait analysis, and team dynamics enhancement, students discovered their second personalities. This helped them gain a clearer understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, what to be mindful of in workplace settings, and how these insights could shape their future career choices.
Participants shared that the workshop provided valuable self-awareness, helping them better position themselves in professional environments and explore potential development paths with greater confidence.
