Vice President Atsushi Iwamae of Kindai University (Japan) Visits CMU
On June 26, 2025, the Office of Global Affairs welcomed Dr. Atsushi Iwamae, Vice President of Kindai University, Japan, for a campus visit.
During the visit, the Office of Global Affairs provided Dr. Iwamae with a comprehensive introduction to CMU’s campus facilities, including the art museum currently under construction and the future modern sports center. The university also presented its extensive network of partner institutions, the distinctive strengths of each college and department, and detailed admission information.
Dr. Iwamae expressed high praise for CMU’s educational achievements and development plans. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on potential future collaborations. Dr. Iwamae was very pleased with the visit and expressed great anticipation for establishing partnerships between the two universities in areas such as academic research and faculty and student exchanges, further promoting international education.
